Affiliate Disclosure
Amazon Associates
VitMax is a participant in the Amazon.co.uk Associates Programme. I earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through links on this site. This comes at no extra cost to you.
This disclosure meets the requirements of the Amazon Associates Programme Operating Agreement and UK consumer protection law, including guidance from the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
How I Label Affiliate Links
On product listings, affiliate links appear as a clearly labelled button — “Buy on Amazon UK #ad” — directly next to the product, so it’s obvious before you click that it’s a paid/affiliate link. A general disclosure — “As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases” — also appears in the footer of every page on this site.
I don’t hide or obscure affiliate relationships. This follows CAP Code Rule 2.1, which requires that commercial communications are obviously identifiable as such.
Editorial Independence
Affiliate relationships don’t determine which products I recommend. I select products based on published research, ingredient quality, and relevance to UK buyers. I don’t accept payment for positive reviews or sponsored placements.
If a product doesn’t meet my criteria, I don’t link to it regardless of commission potential.
Other Affiliate Programmes
At present, Amazon.co.uk is my only affiliate partner. If this changes, I’ll update this page and apply the same disclosure standards to any new relationship.
